So we have looked at what is going on on New Year’s Eve in Florence, Siena and part of the Mount Amiata, but what else will happen in the rest of Tuscany on that special night? For one thing Florence will also have a concert of the Italian artist Lucio Dalla at the train station Santa Maria Novella, while the Florence Chamber Music Orchestra will play in Piazza della Signoria, and jazz bands will play in the streets of the city center. Music will also be the protagonist in Pistoia and Pisa. Pistoia hosts a multi ethnic band, while street performers will stage theater and concerts in the Cathedral’s square.
